Hugo's story
Hugo is a 8-pound, 3-year old cairn terrier mix from San Diego. He is a cute scruffy boy but pretty scare. Hugo is good with his foster mom and appears to trust her, but is fearful of other people. Hugo is good with other small dogs, but due to his fear, should be adopted to an adult only home. He needs a family who has the time and patience to build his confidence and trust. Hugo is vaccinated, neutured, microchipped.
