Dogwood's story
A face filled with such expression! It looks like shes trying to say, If you love me and keep me safe, I promise to be the best friend youve ever had! This scruff-monsters name is Dogwood and shes a sweet-as-sugar 4-year old, 10-pound terrier mix, who definitely has what it takes to be the greatest dog bestie ever!
A generally subdued little lady, Dogwood likes to chill out and relax. She tries to keep a low-ish profile and gets along well with other dogs and all humans. She absolutely loves being pet and is VERY happy cozying up to anyone willing to give her attention. She has her energy spurts, but her off switch is in good working order so if you tell her its time to settle down, she plops right down. PLOP!
Dogwood is making great strides with housebreaking and will likely be 100% proficient in no time at all. Highly trainable in lots of areas, Dogwood is super clever, very treat motivated and always looks to earn your praise. What a good girl, Dogwood!
An outdoorsy type who is perfect on a leash, Dogwood would be a wonderful companion for anyone looking for a fit-as-a-fiddle walking or hiking buddy! And when you come back home to rest, your adoring, lovable BFF (with theeeee most gorgeous brown eyes in the world) will be sitting right next to you, happily watching Dogs on Netflix ;-).
