My story
Bok Choy is an incredibly sweet young doggy! He is super friendly to everyone, including people and other dogs. He has so much fun on our walks to Prospect Park, and is a good sport playing with my dogs at home. He hasn't been with cats since he's been here, but I would guess that he would do well with them since he's good at listening to my other dogs' boundaries. He is house trained and has picked up on other tricks really quickly; he learned sit in 10 minutes. He loves squeaky toys and occasionally wants to steal a slipper, what can you expect?! He is absolutely loving, enjoys staring longingly into our eyes, and loves to snuggle on the couch or bed (though is content to sleep in the crate as well). He is house trained, quiet, and working on leash manners. He is very hungry! He did really well in the bath.

ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at WaldosRescue.org and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog. We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs.
Waldos Rescue Pen is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill shelters throughout the United States
