Beautiful friendly young labrapit Tin tin on kill list@NYC shelter for sale in Manhattan, New York

A volunteer writes: Tintin almost changed overnight. A beautiful young Labrapit dressed in a shiny coat as dark as night welcomes me at his kennel door. He reminds me of a knight... Yesterday, when we first met, Tintin was anxious and skittish, skipping through the backyard . He was very tentative with me. I just let him be and get to know me at his own pace. He was a much different dog today. His eyes were bright . He was not drooling. He recognized me and felt entrusted. We had a much better time together. Tintin was walking next to me and sat by my side as I stopped to rest on a bench. Tintin is a beautiful dog, healthy looking and well nourished. He was someone's pet not that long ago. Tintin does like to be caressed and talked to. Nice human behavior is not foreign to him...I can see Tintin running through the fields or Central Park with his owner and playing ball. He is a very young dog, full of life, friendly, in need of a master and a home to call his own. What a great companion you will get by choosing Tintin as your new forever best friend.Tintin is at the Manhattan Care Center, hoping to start his new life with you.
Tintin was calm and relaxed during his assessment, but did exhibit some food guarding behavior. This is generally an easily correctable behavior, with a little time and patience. He was cautious but not aggressive with the helper dog. For more info on Tintin or to see his current status please copy/paste this link:
